Oracle GRC End-of-Life Transition

Oracle GRC Product Support Ends 5/31/2025

Oracle will provide only Sustaining Support for all Oracle Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) applications from May 2025 (MOS 2143036.1). Sustaining support includes access to existing fixes, assistance with service requests, and access to web-based customer support; please see the Oracle Technical Support Policies for exact details. This means that the development of fixes for Severity 1 issues will end, as well as the publication of new patches and updates, including those related to security.

Affected Oracle GRC products include:

• Oracle Applications Access Controls Governor (AACG)
• Oracle Configuration Controls Governor (CCG)
• Oracle Transaction Controls Governor (TCG)
• Oracle Preventive Controls Governor (PCG)

There are proactive steps you can take to mitigate the risk associated with the lack of support of these products:

• Migrate to Oracle Risk Management Cloud to replace Application Access Controls Governor (AACG)
• Transition to other applications which cover some of the same functionality that Oracle GRC products provide

Neither of these options will deliver the full capability of the Oracle GRC product family specifically Oracle Preventive Controls Governor (PCG).
